This company was hired for services of replacing lawn and some sprinkler work. 2 weeks later he showed up and removed the exisiting yard down to dirt. He then checked the sprinklers and told us we needed an entire new sprinkler system due to lack of coverage of the exisiting one. We were told only Rainbird equpiment would be used. The sprinkler system was replaced and hydromulch sprayed. The flower bed was not removed completely nor was the dead tree removed. When questioned on this after the hydromulch was sprayed he replied that he would wait until the grass was up and then come in and remove it instead of having removed it when the yard was only dirt. He requested payment at this time of three times the original amount of the estimate and was paid in full. Since that time he has avoided all calls and has only come by one time after threats for further action were expressed. We have several dead/bare spots in our yard due to lack of coverage of the sprinkler system. We have had 3 other landscape companies come look and each one has told us that we should not have had a new sprinkler system put in because our old one was fine. The only Rainbird equipment used was the control box. Sprinkler heads were the cheapest ones available. Numerous city and state regulations and codes were not followed and when we called him on it he said he would "make good" on it, yet 3 months later never has. We have been lied to and taken advantage of from the very beginning. We are now having to pay another company to fix his work.
