+ -1 moreJose removed all cracked, broken and missing motor joints. Found loose bricks and two broken bricks. He then replaced the missing bricks and filled in with new motor. Did an excellent job. Cleaned up messes from my previous attempts to do the job myself. Job took parts of three days. At the end of each day he cleaned throughly. When he left there was nothing that I needed to do. Finished entire job before asking for payment. Very reasonably priced! Could not ask for the job to go better. Would recommend Jose to everyone.
