Had two water leaks one under the water heater on the hot side and one under the kitchen. Thought it was going to be a slab job but they did some more investigation and found a better way to repair whith out busting up the floor and making me do tile work in the kitchen (thankfully!) They not only fixed the leaks the same day but also I couldn't tell anything was done in the house it was as clean as when I left it and they installed a pop up assembly that I had been working on for me !!!! (That's great service) The only problem was when I called and scheduled for them to come out the sales person did not show up that day and I had to call back to make another appointment luckily my wife works from home so it was no biggie But big thanks to Ken and Warren your amasing and if I need any more work done I will be more than glad to call yall back ! Great job guys !

Very fast and efficient. The wrong wiring had been installed and caused the element to burn out and burn the wiring which was a serious fire hazard. The plumber who replaced the element would not turn the electrical back on until an electrician had properly rewired the tank and the breaker box which I agreed needed to be done. At least they do work on mobile homes although they will not do the plumbing on them.

Plumber came by and installed my new water heater in about an hour and a half. He also replaced the old water connectors. I was pleased with the efficiency and professionalism of the plumber. I will definitely use this service again if I need it.

Paul arrived at my house and diagnosed the problem as a bad regulator on the water heater. He gave me an approximate repair price and then asked when the water heater was installed. It has been almost 6 years to the day. He left, came back with the part and told me it would be covered by the manufacturer's warranty. My only charge was for his labor. I did not buy the water heater from Patrick's nor did they install the existing water heater. I was absolutely pleased and will use Patrick's for my future plumbing needs. This house is 65 years old so there will be plumbing needs in the future.

Came out and fixed it by snaking the drain and it has been working ever since.

This service didn't go well at all. He didn't want to be outside because it was a cold day and wouldn't dig up the wash line until it was warmer out. So the problem was not fixed while he was at my house and told me I would need to use the laundry mat till it was warmer and he could dig up the wash line. He didn't diagnose the problem at all. The drain field was what was actually clogged. So I paid 120$ for nothing to be done and was in the same spot before I had this company come out.

I have used Patrick Electric for heating and air conditioning problems as well as electrical work in the past many times and have been pleased each time I use them. It was extremely cold outside and my heater was not working as well as it should. First of all we replaced the filter and then Nathan went up to the attic and he immediately found that two of the ceramic ?? out of 4 were burnt out. Can't remember the name of what he replaced. He replaced them and now my heater works better than it has in years. I have had cold air come out of the vent in my bedroom for years while the rest of the house was warm. I have had alot of people looking at my heater and no one could tell me why this was happening. Nathan went up and in two minutes found this problem and fixed it and now my heater works like it used to years ago. I would highly recommend Nathan and Patrick Electric.

Roman was the electrician that came. He was punctual, friendly, professional, and a hard worker, staying busy and active to get the job done. I really appreciated the service I got and will call this company again if I need additional electrical services in the future.

They were very responsive and prompt, but the plumber who showed up wreaked of alcohol at 8:30 in the morning. The area where the leak was had mud, as you might expect, and even after offering a couple of old towels, he got it on the floor and other places around the area. Also, due to a cut from a job the previous day (as he told me), his hand started bleeding and it dripped on the floor as well. Just not a professional presentation, to say the least. Although they had previously performed a patch to the exact same leak, I was told that it couldn't be patched and that the tile and concrete around the tub would have to be torn out which would cost a small fortune and I would still have to have my flooring fixed after they were finished at an additional expense. I requested that they offer a "plan B" or somehow come up with an alternative, but none was offered. I don't know why it could be patched previously, yet it wasn't an option this time.

The stove top had been wired improperly and would not heat properly. In fact, it would not even boil water. It was only receiving half of the wattage needed to work. (The wiring had been installed in the early 1970's and had been incorrect all this time.) After the repairman explained the problem and reconnected the power, it worked great.

I have used patrick services on several occasions and always been satisfied. Their labor rates are cheaper than most other companies and their plumbers are usually very good. On this occasion, they missed cleaning up some of the grime caused from the auger, but it wasnt a big deal. I will continue to use them.

They never came to do the work nor did they call and tell me why.

The hose on my washer burst and water was flooding the area. This happened just before the company opened for the day. I got a quick call-back and the repairman (John) came very early in the day and did a great job with no difficulties.

I would most definitely recommend Patrick Plumbing Service to anyone. I had to call them out on a Sunday and Justin came right away. He was fast but did very good work. I am going to sign up for some more work based on how I was treated today.

Our back house needed the main line to sewer snaked out. It was totally blocked. First, they began there, but the line went 100 feet which didn't fix it. Next, to the front house, because the pipes connect there, they called in an asst. One climbed to the roof, and that 200 feet cleared it. It took over two hours in total. I was told the probable causes and future remedies to make other stops much easier and much cheaper. problem solved.

We were satisfied. I thought it was a little bit expensive. I have gotten 3 estimates. I have gotten a recommendation from a friend so I went with him. i thought that the man who installed it was competent. What I didn't like was that they didn't use booties on their feet when they came in. I was kinda concerned about that but they didn't mess up. After they installed it, there was an opening around the vent pipe into the attic and I could see the insulation up there and I didn't like that. The next day, the inspector came out and I told him I didn't like that and he said that the city required that, that the code as to leave a 1-inch opening around the vent pipe. I don't know why the city had to do something like that. He said that I can call them back and ask them to put a collar on it. I called the company and they sent somebody out the next day so they installed the collar around there. I suppose it's safe, I hadn't had any trouble with it. They did what the inspector told them to do.

The installation went just fine. I’ve never used them before, but I would use them again.

Went real quick and no mess!
