Description of Work: Trimmed a huge elm tree (4' dia, 3 trunks grown together) 60'H x 60'W overhanging 2 of my neighbors properties (each had outbuildings, pool, hot tubs underneath). A very tight corner and careful handling was an utmost concern. They had 2 guys in the tree and 2 on the ground to maneuver cut limbs. Excellent work and excellent price (I had 4 bids). Call these good Christian folks before you choose!!!!!!

+ -1 moreOriginally I called Pastwa's Tree Service to trim a very large Elm and an Oak tree. While discussing the project, we noticed that the Elm was severely cracked and that there was a danger of one of the large branches falling onto my house. Although they were extremely busy due to weather related damage across the city, Gary Pastwa, had his crew come immediately to remove that huge branch that same day. After cutting that branch, it was obvious that the rest of the tree was distressed and damaged and could be a danger to leave up so Gary set another day to come and remove the Elm and trim the large Oak tree. I watched as the crew removed the Elm section by section and was very impressed at the care they took to avoid damaging my roof and property. The crew worked well together and were polite when speaking to me. They did a very nice job trimming my oak and getting rid of the stump from the Elm tree. I feel that I got a good job done for a fair price. As a side comment, Pastwa's Tree Service trimmed my neighbor's trees around the same time as the work they did for me, and I think the trees looked attractive after their work.
Description of Work: Pastwa's Tree Service was originally called to trim a huge Elm tree and Oak tree in my yard. In evaluating the Elm tree, Gary Pastwa found extreme damage that could be an immediate danger to my house and her immediately called his crew to remove a large branch from it. Another date was set for the complete removal of the Elm and its stump and the trimming of the large Oak tree.
