Description of Work: Replaced bathroom counter top

Description of Work: Replace my kitchen countertops and bar top. I have used them before at another home and they were amazing and so very courteous.

Description of Work: Installed granite counters and back splash.

Description of Work: Granite countertop and tile back splash, new sink & plumbing--complete installation.

Description of Work: We went into the business and picked out and ordered 2 countertops. We paid half down and sat it up for them to be installed on August 15, 2011. We took our old countertops off that morning and I called them to see what time to expect the installation. They took my name and number and called me back 2 hours later. It had been 3 weeks since we ordered the countertops and they were not made. They said they did not have the measurements, only the square footage. I explained that they figured the square footage from our measurements. We had realtors coming to our home that afternoon to appraise our home. We faxed them a drawing with the measurements. Over the next week they called us twice more with questions. It be ame evident they didn't have clue about our order. My husband and I both raised our voices during the conversations but never cursed oe talked abusive. When we arrived home from our house hunting tr on Friday August 19 we went by the office and talked to the girls in the office again. After we left they called and the owner, I guess, a man, said they would not do our countertops because of the way we talked to his girls. They are supposed to be sending our money back to us. In the 3 weeks after we ordered NOONE ever called to say there was a proble. If I hadn't called them we would still be in the dark. Never once did they apologize or accept responsibility for the problem.
