Description of Work: Panhandle was the third foundation company we contacted to provide an estimate for installing piers to level the foundation. The other two estimates were $10,000 plus. Using a four foot level, Panhandle checked the main area of our concern plus various other locations to confirm his original assumption and then explained to us that the house did not require leveling. We were delighted to have a company that treated us like they would like to be treated. Should we need, or any of our friends, need foundation work we will definitely call Panhandle.

Description of Work: My home was experiencing a settlement problem; the soil beneath each side of the garage had settled, dropping the concrete slab a full ½ inch in each direction causing a multitude of issues. I contacted two companies in town for bids on the work required. I chose Panhandle Foundation Repair; I was impressed by the manner in which Jarrod McBride presented himself and the experience of his company during our first visit along with the proposed cost and the lifetime transferable warranty.
