+ -1 moreI signed up for a monthly visit for a year on 12/04/2015. They sprayed that day and never came back. They have charged me for 4 visits now but only came that first time. I've called and they don't return calls very often. They say they missed January's visit because they were on vacation yet they charged me anyway. Actually they've charged me for two visits in January and one for February but haven't been here since 12/4/2015. That one time they sprayed did kill a bunch of roaches but this is nuts.
