+ -1 moreI called 7-30 and we made an appointment with RAY for 7-31 between 10 and noon. He was helpful and sounded very knowledgeable and i was looking forward to having help solve my pest problem.... no call no show .i consider that very unprofessional and will not trust them to work for me. If customers are treated like that initially i dont feel like they will provide good service if there is a problem.
Description of Work: we had an appointment between 10 and noon with RAY--no call no show--i will not use them or reccomend them

+ -1 moreThe person was late but it was a scheduling error. They did call and tell me that they would be late and when to expect them. They were there at the reset time. They were professional and quick. I haven't seen any more centipedes and also very few spiders or crickets in my house since the treatment.
Description of Work: Provided sticky traps for inside the house and sprayed perimeter. Also put down powder outside. This was in response to giant centipede in my bedroom.
