The landscaper came by today and personally apologized for dropping the ball on my earlier request for service. He then made sure to assist with the original request and let me pick his brain about other landscaping projects I might need in the future. I felt like he went out of his way to create a good customer service interaction and try to amend the past lapse in response. I will definitely consider using them in the future.

I contacted Morning Sun Tree & Landscape back in April to redo my front yard. It took them about a week to show up (which should have been the number one indicator). When they came out, I was given a price of $1600 to re-sod the front yard, create 2 flower beds and go through my sprinkler system to make sure it works correctly. We agreed to the price and they told me it would be a couple of weeks before they could start. I was then told that they would start on about May 10th. It rained for the entire month of May so I gave them the benefit of the doubt that the rain was keeping them from getting started. I contacted them again in June and in July and they would always tell me that they were going to start next week. Notice they NEVER contacted me. In fact, when I would call them, I was always told that they would get back to me later in the day and then 2-3 days later I would have to call them again because they would not call me back! Morning Sun is a great company to call if you never want the work done!!! They may do good work, but they didn't do squat for me. I would never recommend them to anyone. The initial price was right...in fact, it was great. Perhaps that was the problem...perhaps they underbid the job and had no intention of ever finishing it. If that was the case, they could have communicated that to me and given me the option of either renegotiating price or going elsewhere. That never happened. I have not heard from them in about a month and I will not contact them again. I AM DONE! I have finally begun the process of getting bids again. If you want work done (let's not talk about quality work) don't call Morning Sun. They will not do it.

These guys are very good and very professional. They do a great job!!! They go over and above in quality of their work. I would recommend them to anyone. They are very reasonably priced!!!!!

I originally found Morning Sun Tree & Landscaping Service on Angie's List, and I must say they far exceeded my expectations! Lenny takes pride in his work, and it is reflected in the results of his labor. My original request was to repair a leaking sprinkler system, but I ended up requesting much more. Lenny and Richard stay very busy so it took a few days for them to start the work, but it was worth the wait. They work very hard, and are committed to completing the job as quickly as possible. The fence looks awesome, the flower beds look amazing, and the sprinkler system works great! I will definitely use Morning Sun again for all of my future landscaping needs, and I would highly recommend them to other AL users!

How'd it go? Not good. They set an appointment for a Thursday. The two guys showed up at 7:20 a.m. without even calling. I contacted them and the representative came back and walked through the yard and we discussed the scope of work. He was leaving for a wedding and said he would be back on the next Wednesday to scope the job and get me some numbers. He never returned. I called Morning Sun and they informed me that the sub out the sprinkler work but would contact their guy and get him back over. He did not contact us in any way. I called again and they apologized and said they would send somebody that day. They never did. I ended up calling another business and am in the process of spending close to $17,000 for a new sprinkler system and having my lawn re-done. i will be submitting a review on the work done after completion.

Although I was a little put off by the fact they did not schedule a particular day to visit, they did show up within a reasonable time and once at the site they did an excellent job making sure the system was running and properly tested. The prices were VERY reasonable and the work was done on the same day. Thanks Morning Sun - I will use you again!

I found them on Angie's List. They are landscape service. The service turned out fantastic. The price was great. They ensured they got the job done, they cleaned up, they did what they said they would do, and they were just great.

Was very punctual with appts. Worked very hard and left the yard spotless. We are very pleased with the appearance and with the speed in the time of the project. We will definitely be using this company in the future

So far no response to my request for an estimate.

I called and left a message, someone (not owner) answered the phone and we discussed what needed to be done to fix my problem, he said he would certainly let Lenny know about it and he would return my call that night or the next morning. The call never came, never heard a word so I can't rate his work, only his responsiveness.

The guys were very nice and helpful and very knowledgable. I really enjoyed working them and would use them again!

They did a great job.

He is very good. He is reasonable and shows up on time. I am very pleased.
