We have used this company for the past 4 years. In the past we have had no issues responsive timely on setting up quarterly service but they seem to have lost long tenured employees and the service has dropped. We will be looking for another service.

They are very responsive. We currently use them. They spray the whole interior of the house, about 2,600 square feet. They have great customer service. I would tell a friend or family member that they will provide a good quality service.
Description of Work: They come out every three months and spray the house.

They responded quickly to our call (same day). No hard sell; they just took care of the problem.

Lady-Bug did a wonderful job at controlling my pest problems. They were very thorough and was well worth the money. They are very trustworthy and always come when they say they will. I now have them come by now every 3 months and spray the outside. Bugs at my house are a thing of the past!

There is not a greater group of people to work with.
Description of Work: We have had Brad Turner and his staff at Ladybug come to our home every quarter for the past thirteen years. They have been wonderful. Normally, we do not see bugs between visits, but if we do we just call and they are right there. They are a full service pest control company. I would not use anyone else. They are great.
