No response from them.

After concreting over two sprinkler heads, roofing so bad it had to be re-roofed, canned lights that had rivers of water at first rain, concrete sidewalk that buckled in first year, no I would not recommend this company for any repair. This one job has cost us four times what inital cost was. This was not a low bid project.

Read good reviews on Angie's List, and called, left message asking for a quote.  Man returning call claimed extensive knowledge of the requirements and procedures, claiming it "was not his first rodeo," promised to email a quote/proposal ASAP.  Nothing has been received to date (1 April 2013).  From the responses to our questions, it was apparent he was "faking it'...we have previously checked with the City of Canyon on details regarding City requirements, regulations and limitations regarding the job.

The crews were very professional and very punctual.  It took them 3 days to complete the work, and each morning they were on time and worked more than a full 8 hour day.  They even sat in my yard to eat their lunch, they never left.  Each time I asked them to explain the process of what they were doing, they were more than happy to stop their work and talk to me and show me what they were doing and how it played in to stabilizing  my home.   Mike Koetting was there the whole time.  He also explained everything they were going to do and how the process helped to keep the house from moving in the future.  He guaranteed his work for life.  It was also transferrable as I was doing the work to sell the house.  
Cleanup was amazing, it was almost as if they were never there.  They even powerwashed my driveway, as it was quite the mess where they stabilized the house in the front.

His crew was very punctual, at the house each morning promptly at 8:00.  They worked very hard all day long, taking a very short break for lunch.  They were extremely polite, and professional, answering all my questions and addressing any concerns I had about the work they were performing.Mike was involved in every step of the operation, making sure each worker was doing exactly what he wanted done.  It took them 3 days to finish the job.  During this time, they made a pretty good mess of my yard and my driveway, which was explained to me in advance.  By the time they finished and left, you could not tell any work had been done.  The clean up was fabulous, I couldn't believe what I saw when they were done.  I have no complaints with this Company, and this group of men.
The cost of the repair was extremely competitive with 3 other Contractors.
If you have foundation problems, call Mike Koetting, you won't regret it.
