+ -1 moreSome might have replaced the whole costly panel. He worked with it awhile and got it to working consistently, and it's still fine a month later. He said we should try that first to save me some money.
Description of Work: The start button on my GE washer was difficult to get to work. It would eventually connect, but sometimes took 5 minutes of pressing it different ways to achieve that.

+ -1 moreHe said it needed a new ice maker. he would have to order it and it would take a couple of days. After weeks of repeated phone calls to him in which he first said it wasn't in yet, then changed his story to "I've been out of town. Will check and call you right back.", I finally found another repairman willing to work on Samsung appliances. I had a new ice maker installed within 3 days.
Description of Work: He inspected my Samsung refrigerator on approx. 11/14/13.
