fitness equipment
+ -1 moreI attempted to purchase quality fitness equipment from 54 Fitness Equipment in Amarillo from the owner David Algelt. I spoke to him on the phone and visited his retail space in Amarillo several times and selected some quality fitness equipment including a treadmill, rowing machine, weight system, and cardio machines. I wrote Algelt a check for $7,800 and he dropped out of sight, ended all communication, took my money and never provided any of the equipment. I have sued and received a judgment but to date the legal system has not been able to secure assets from Algelt to repay me. This was clearly theft and I strongly suggest to anyone that they not do business with Mr. Algelt. He has closed his store in Wolflin Plaza but I completely lost my money and received nothing in return.
Description of Work: I was attempting to build a fitness facility at the business I own.
