FAULKNER PEST SVC

This is an update to an earlier review. We continued our quarterly contract after a respraying incident. But the past couple of times Faulkners has come to spray, we have experienced bugs still in our house and yard. It seems they are worse now than before the spraying. We called for them to come respray again this summer because of numerous spiders, but the respraying had no effect. We will not use Faulkners again.

I have been very pleased with Faulkner Pest Svc. The technician is a very trustworthy individual, he is very personable and he is very he does very thorough work, he shows me everything that he has done, he sprayed inside the house and noticed some major problem areas and took extra measures to try and control those area without trying to charge me unnecessarily.

We have a quarterly contract for pest control services. It seems like I notice bugs for a week or so following a spraying (and they don't always appear to be dying). On this occasion, however, my husband was working in the yard less than a week after our spraying and noticed several bugs on the eaves of the house. As he walked around the corner, he found what appeared to be in infestation. I am not sure of what type of bugs they are, I've never seen them before living in this house. We called Faulkner and they did come out and respray. That seemed to take care of the problem.
