 + 7 moreThis man will milk you as long as you will let him, we hired him to remodel a small horse barn for use as a work area for my upholstery shop. He bid the job at $2500 for labor we paid him $3500 and he walked away and the job is still not finished. I have pictures and documents, in his own hand writing, if anyone wants proof. I also know of 2 other jobs where he has done the same thing. Beware, he is also working as an unlicensed electrician and plumber. He striped all the caulking off our barn and did not replace it, so now we have water damage to the work that was done and mold in the walls and insulation. There is water dripping from one of the light fixtures so we dare not turn on the lights. The walls are not finished, half the trim is not done, the wiring is not finished, we now have no air conditioner and the space can not be used safely because of the water that is coming in because it was never re-caulked. This is a direct quote written by Mister Segler, "Any additional time/labor to complete will be complimentary." Do not believe this man; he will cheat you and never finish the job.
Description of Work: Mr. Segler bid the job to remodel a small horse barn for use as a work area for my upholstery shop. He was to finish and insulate the walls with bead board and the ceiling with plywood, wire the building for lights (we did not know he was unlicensed), run a water line for the air conditioner and install one window. He said it would be finished in three weeks. He then removed all the caulking from the barn and never replaced any. The job is still unfinished today and we have water damage to the work that was finished. We purchased all the material as agreed upon.
