Faulty concrete counter-tops that started chipping a month after we they poured them. Purchase date: 3-1-2016 Problem date: 4-18-2016 (chipping concrete on end-cap of bar) Product:Concrete counter-tops Owner/Worker: Doug Wheeler Paid two checks worth $1352.00 We paid Concrete Expressions to install concrete counter-tops in our kitchen. The counter-top started chipping on the end-cap of the bar on 4-18-2016. They told us their name is on it and if we have problems they will fix it. They said they would fix it on 4-18-2016 in a "few weeks". After numerous text messages about coming to fix it over the course of 3 months, they come to patch it and spend 13 minutes applying a very thin layer of cement over the cracking area.They said they were not going to stain it to match and I asked them to take out the bubbles behind the concrete. They left without fixing the issue and would not return our texts messages or phone calls after texting my wife telling her it was our own fault not theirs. I posted a video review of their repair work on their Facebook page and on Amarillo buy, sell, trade, where they advertise. They then deleted my review of their product from their page and made another comment on Amarillo buy, sell, trade trying to blame us again for the quality of their work. They then made up lies about how we wanted hardi-backer board and it is our fault for requesting it. We know nothing about concrete pouring or counter-tops so this came as a huge surprise. We tried to talk and to fix resolve the problem but they will not work with us. We now have chipping counter-tops that they said they would do it right.
