She is most professional and handled the sale of our town home efficiently. It was a pleasure having her as our relator and when we again choose to sell another property we hope to seek her out.

Our agent was Jobie Ogburn. We were looking for a house over a period of months. Even though we were looking at many houses, she was always willing to find more. At one point, we had to reduce our price range for a home - causing her to re-do much of the research and work that she had already done once. She was still eager to help us and showed absolutely zero frustration. When we finally found the home we wanted, there were already two bids on it. She helped us develop a bid that would make us a better choice for the seller and we got the contract. During the option period, she advised having a hydrostatic water test done as well as a roof inspection (these are both optional). The hydrostatic test showed a leak somewhere in the plumbing. Before all was said and done, two more leaks were found. She helped us negotiate getting the leak repaired at the seller's cost -- these leaks were under the slab and required a ton of work! But we were so glad to not have to take care of that or to find out there were leaks after we had closed on the house and moved in. She also helped us find financing for the mortgage as the company we had chosen was not doing much to help us out. At the closing, she brought us a jar of homemade chocolate chip cookies! She was wonderful. We know that much of this is her job, but she goes far beyond just being a realtor!

Everything went smoothly throughout the process. On two of the houses, she caught mistakes made by the selling agents that would have led to delays in closing, such as inspections that had not been ordered. She was actually on site when most of the inspections were done to make sure things went well, and any required repairs could be made.

Our agent was professional and knowlegdable. The listing did not result in a sale because of current market conditions, but we would recommend her to anyone. She was in contact with us each week during the listing. Our house was listed on the internet and in at least two real estate magazines. We stopped after one six month listing because we had already been listed with some one else for over a year and feel it's time to stop trying to sell until the market improves in our price range.

I started to list my rental property for sale with Keller Williams, but do to 2 bad experiences with 2 different sales repetitive from that firm (not keeping appointments and not calling back period), I did my homework, and chose Twila Baldwin for my agent. Twila has already sold 2 of the 3 units, and has gone over and above the call of duty. Because of her, these 2 sales went as smooth as possible. The buyers agents in both cases were from Keller Williams, Twila had to do the buyers agents job to get the first sale closed, Twila found out that not all the buyers inspections, survey, etc. were ordered three days before closing, something the buyers agent should have been on top of, The buyers agent didn't even show up for her first time home buyers closing. The second sale, Twila had to push the buyers agent daily to get my funds released 3 days after the closing on an all cash sale. I just turned over the freshly remodeled third home for Twila to sell, She sold the first one in one week, and the second in about a month. I'm guessing the third house will sell soon, as Twila has already put it in Caldwell Bankers tour of homes for other agents and done a great job advertising it. As to the commercial Property, she recommended using Tom Roller, a commercial specialist with her firm for that property, as she only specializes in residential property. Tom worked hard to get the current tenant financed to buy the Property. The tenant had been trying to get financing for over 6 months without success. At which point I listed the property with Tom requesting that he try to get the current tenant financed before selling it to an investor. Then Tom worked his magic, and got the tenant approved and that sale closed last week. This whole process only took him a little over a month on a complicated deal. Over all, you couldn't do better than Twila Baldwin, or Tom Roller with Caldwell Bankers, First Equity Realtors. Both agents kept me informed through all stages of the sales process. They are not the type of people that just list a property on the MLS and hope somebody else will sell it for them, they earned their fees. As soon as I get repairs made on my personal residence, I will be listing it with Twila.

We fell in love with the 4th home we looked at. Teri went above and beyond during the offer process all the way through to the closing appointment and after. We were very pleased and will recommend her to all of our friends and family.
