Description of Work: Just checked washing machine and wanted a rediculous amount to repair it. I said I'd talk to my husband and we decided to go ahead. We left messages for the repairman to go ahead with no return calls. Called owner and he responded with well I'm sure he'll get back with you when he's not busy.

Description of Work: It's almost as if A.L.'s left server doesn't know what it's right server is doing. I am not impressed at all by these redundant calls for validation and positive strokes, when the experiences I have had, and reported, were unworthy of a favorable review. Why is A.L.'s communication system so inefficient? | |I not only alerted A.L. to a problem with it's service referrals in the Amarillo market, more than 6 weeks ago, but now I am being asked to review the same providers that were unable & incapable of performing the requested assistance. Please check the contact logs between us, and refer to my previous commentary about the Amarillo market and the rampant inaccuracies relative to the requested service providers' contact information & skill-sets. August's endeavor to acquire A.L. & fix a few things before moving has been a big disappointment, and I fear a bigger waste of money.

 + -1 moreCalled and talked to a lady on the phone who was VERY rude. After asking me address, name, phone, and other items she then needs make and model number. I call her back 3 minutes later and she I guess threw away the paper with all the information because I had to give it all over again. And then she tells me the soonest she could be out would be a week on a fridge repair. The first thing I asked her when I got on the phone was how long it would be on a service call she said same day. A COMPLETE waste of my time and the lady was lazy and RUDE.

 + -1 moreThey got someone out to my house right away after my fridge quit running. They were professional and kind. Only ting weird is he repaired everything before telling me pricing but thankfully part was only $29.95. Service call was $65 and labor for 10 mins of work was $33.00. With tax it was $138.51.
Description of Work: Replaced starter kit in fridge.
