 + -1 moreThey are fast and clean up after themselves. If you do choose to use them. Make sure to verify where all of your utility lines run. Because they will not. Then when they bust them they will try and blame you. If that doesn't work they will say they're not responsible for any damages. And if you are lucky. They will say, out of the goodness of their heart, they will cover half of the cost. And they use the word integrity in the commercial.

 + -1 moreThey arrived on time. They brought all of the necessary tools & supplies and got all of the stabilizing and repair work done in one day. They returned on time the next day to inspect the work and to paint. We could not have been more pleased with the work! If we have any future need, we will call only Childer's Brothers!
Description of Work: we had a foundation problem, including a large crack in our basement. Childer's Brothers made the necessary repairs & stabilized the crack. They were extremely professional and pleasant to work with!

 + -1 moreThey were the second company (out of three called) to give me the same evaluation. The first company used an instrument to measure the level of the foundation, and gave me the same evaluation.
Description of Work: The came to my residence to inspect for possible foundation damage. They inspected the house (by sight only) and told me that they did not see any foundation damage, but could tell that there was a low spot on the foundation between the two bathrooms.

 + -1 moreVery friendly and prompt, and called day before to make sure still good time, but way too expensive.
Description of Work: They were very polite, punctual and friendly but the estimate they gave me for my pier and beam home was more that double that that others, for seemingly less work. They advised they might need to instal one pier and they would replace the beams the previous owner had cinder blocks in place of. $6100 when Advanced Foundation Leveling and Repair quoted $2600 for 2 piers, 4-6 month follow up with free adjustments and lifetime warranty. I am getting a couple of additional estimates before making a decision but at double the cost of my first estimates it seems that Childress Brothers was looking to pull the wool over me.
