Champion Carpet Care

I called Champion Carpet Care after calling two other companies who could not even give me an estimate for a week I talked to a guy named George who was very courteous and told me he could swing by the next day on his way to another job and measure and give me a list of supplies,he also took the time to tell me what i needed to have ready for the installation I have a medium size bathroom with some old ugly carpet prob been down forever he pulled it up discovering an unseen prob where the toilet had leaked he repaired the wood underneath which blew my mind. He then installed the backerboard over the top of that and installed my tile,the next day he was there to grout and finish the final touches this is just one week after I called him it was completely done he did an awesome job!!! I would recomend him to anyone who wants the job done right and not gonna break your wallet!! Thanks George!!!

I was in a bind waiting for home depot to show up after two weeks. so i called champion carpet care and he promptly came out to measure. the next day he was there bright and early to get the job done. he saved me half the cost and did it while he was doing another job because he knew i had waited. he cleaned up after himself like he was never there. he also didnt chare for removal or disposal. all around i found him to be a nice man.

He was nice and professional at first. He gave us an estimate and we agreed to hire him. He finished the job in a timely manner and we paid him with a check. He took the check to our bank and could not cash it b/c he could not provide DBA paperwork. I called and talked to my bank about it and they confirmed that. When we got the plumber to go out to install the faucet, we discovered that he had not finished the tile job completely and so we asked him to go out and cut the holes for the faucets and to finish putting tile where it was missing. He then began using the F*** word and S*** word in describing how we screwed him and paid him less than the job was worth but I have the bill from him that tells how much he billed us and that is what we paid him. He eventually did get someone to cash the check for him. Sad it ended this way. He had references too and we called them. Oh well, lesson learned.
