Carter Plumbing

Description of Work: I called Robert Carter , owner of Carter Plumbing out and he came when he said and gave me an estimate of the work I needed in my bathroom. His wife handles his schedule and she said he would be out on Friday 15th of Sept. She called me that morning of the scheduled time to tell me they had a worker that was sick and he couldn't be here but he would come on the following Monday, the 18th around 8:30 - 9:00. I was disappointed buty when someone gets sick not much can be done about that. So today, I got up early , had removed a large ,heavy piece of wood from the window in the bathroom where I had it covered because Im waiting on a new window to have it replaced. he agreed he would like to have that wood removed so he could more easily get to the plumbing work in the bathroom. NO SHOW,NO CALL. My phone is working fine,still no CALL. DONT THESE PEOPLE KNOW TO AT LEAST CALL ...WOW. WHAT ABOUT WORK ETHICS???

Description of Work: We own a rent house down the street and were in need of a plumber to snake the sewer line and check on the wash machine hook ups, tenant said there was no cold water.
