Iâ  m very pleased with the service I received from Zach at Caprock Services. I was worried that since it was Friday, Iâ  d have to wait until Monday to have someone come out and would have to go the weekend with no heat. Zach was able to come the same day. He arrived when he said he would, quickly diagnosed the problem, and replaced the part. Now Iâ  m warm and toasty again, and have a lovely smelling candle that he gave me. The prompt and efficient service, plus the gift took the sting out of having to spend my Christmas money on home repairs. Thank you Zach and Caprock Services.

The young man, Zach, who serviced our furnace/air conditioner was very knowledgeable and very professional. He completed the service and suggested a few updates to help with heating/ac costs. Throughly enjoyed having him in our home. Highly recommend.
