Description of Work: Termite, "partial" treatment. They drilled tons of holes in the slab and pumped pounds of termite killer in each one. Then they filled holes w/ mortar and cleaned up. Went well.

+ -1 moreThe overall spray job on the termites took most of the day, because they had to remove part of a wall to make sure they got ALL of the problem. They were very professional and asked permission before removing the sheet rock in order to expose the inner wall. They cleaned up the mess and I believe did a good job. A year later, in 2012, I paid $150.00 to keep the warranty in effect, and they returned for a walk through, to check for any new bugs, and explained what to watch for, if I suspected any new break-out. At my home, I had them spray for roaches and other bugs, and again, they were professional and on time and as of this time, approximately 4 months later, there are still no new bug.
Description of Work: They sprayed for termites in 2011 at my mothers home and they sprayed for bug in 2012 at my home. I called them both times and they were professional and on time, both times .

+ 0 moreMr. Burney arrived at my house when he said he would. He treated my house inside and out for spiders, ants, and cockroaches. He also applied a second application when I called to have the company redo the spraying as I was still seeimng spiders in my home. Of course, it had been five years since a professional had treated my house with their chemicals.
Description of Work: I called Bugs Burney inquiring about pest control spraying at my house. Mr. Burney gave me an estimate and told me he would do a second spraying one month later if I was not completely satisfied with the disappearance of the bugs. I did call the company one month later and with no problem, Mr. Burney, the owner, came out two or three days later and resprayed my house inside and outside. Mr. Burney is a very nice man. I will call this company again to respray my house in six months to one year to redo the application. I highly recommend this company to anyone needing pest control.
