BUDGET CLEANING SVC

There service was horrible. They spilled a bucket of dirty cleaning water in the master bedroom. They lied to me, I asked if they cleaned under the throw rugs. I then checked under the rugs and it was still dirty. I called the manger about the issue and the manager and she said he would sent them back out. They came back out and did a terrible job at re-cleaning. The owner came out and talked to the cleaning, but would not come to speak with me. All the workers cared about was cashing my check. I wanted the work finished by 3:00pm, but they did not finish so I had to leave the house, I came back in 30 minutes and they said they finished the work and were outside waiting for the check. When they came in to fix the cleaning issues it took an extra hour and a half to finish to the work. They were all smoking when I told them I had asthma, this was outside the house, but the smell was still brought back in the from them. I would not recommend to anyone.

Overall, they did a good job. They were able to come on our schedule, even though we were late in deciding to hire someone rather than clean ourselves. They sent a team of 3 and they got to work right away. They worked hard the entire time they were there. They spent about 3 hours and when they left things looked very good. There were a couple of areas that were not finished, but there was a time constraint. They worked with me on the price - this was on a Saturday. Overall it was a good experience.
