+ -1 moreIt was a completely trouble-free experience. Jay responded to me right away while most of his competitors did not even bother to do so. He came over right away and gave me an estimate on the spot. He was able to get the work done right away and was reasonable on the price. When I left messages for him, he responded promptly. The work appears to be well-done although I'm not an expert on fences. Anyway, it feels and looks sturdy to me. The biggest plus is Jay himself. He was very cheerful, courteous, and responsible in his dealings with me. I will call him again in the future if I need fence or gate repairs again.
Description of Work: He repaired the side of my fence along the alley as well as two gates.
