Description of Work: The office person who set my appointment was very curteous. The technitian was amazing. He looked at everything to be done and verified the quote given to me on the phone and started to work. When finished he asked me to look at the carpet which looked superb. He gave me instructions as to when I could replace furniture. While here he gave me a quote on cleaning my tile grout. I will be calling him again.

 + -1 moreI called to make the appt and get an estimate, the receptionist gave me an est based on my estimate of the room sizes and based on the coupon she told me I could find in the phone book. The technician was professional and worked really h****** some of the old spots on the carpet. The carpet looked soooo much better when he finished. It ended up costing less than estimated (I over-estimated the size of the rooms). He was here about an hour and the carpet was really wet where he had to do extra work on spots - but I turned the ceiling fans on high and opened a window just a little and the carpet was dry by morning. I was very happy and will use them again.
Description of Work: Cleaned living room and home office carpet. Carpet is old, stained and will be replaced in a few months, but I wanted it cleaned before Thanksgiving.

 + -1 moreThe carpet was the standard cleaning, and we are past due for new carpet, so it came as clean as it could and took about 6 hours to dry. The tile on the other hand was amazing. I use a Floormate regularly but it is not a profession model like the company used. They said it would restore it and it certainly did. The grout was as light as it was when we moved in. I was so impressed. I will use Amarillo Steamway for regular maintenance on the tile. I am very happy with the way it looks (like new) and it dried right away.
Description of Work: I had our living room and dining room carpet cleaned and the kitchen, entry and bathroom tile cleaned (restored).
