Great people to work with

Amarillo Steam Clean was very professional. The day of service, they called to update the time of arrival instead of just showing up late like others do. We had a carpet seam put back together, and stretched in one room. The 2 young men that came were very friendly and did a great job. We recommend them for your carpet needs.

Chasewood Apartments has used Amarillo Steam Team going on 4 years for carpet & plank installs & vacant/occupied carpet cleanings. We always receive great service and if anything extra is needed they are sure to get it taken care of. They have a wide variety of service which helps limit the number of vendors we have to use for various jobs.

They could not have been nicer and were happy to add extra items as the subjects came up. Their office was also professional, attentive and went out of their way to advise us of any changes or delays. We would highly recommend them and will call them again in the future.

These 2 men were awesome! polite, pleasant and acomodating. I was previously unaware of this company in this capacity, but I'll definitely use them again.

Our project was delayed multiple times. Then it took almost 6 weeks to complete after I was told it would take 3-4 days.

Wanted to have air ducts cleaned in a newly purchased fixer upper and couldn't be happier with the service. Great people that really showed dedication to their profession. If I ever need flooring, disaster restoration, or more duct cleaning, I know who I'm going to call, Amarillo Steam Team.

Don't even think twice about hiring this company! They are great to work with from the person that answers the phone to the one that actually does the cleaning. They are very professional and are so friendly. I recommend Amarillo Steam Team!!!

**Do not hire this company** They did a horrible job the first time, I allowed them back to “make it right” per Landon’s plea. He came to fix the deep scratches and sloppy application of stain by the first crew. He showed up 3 hrs late, and did all but a small strip. My beautiful oak floor is now a cross between a zebra and giraffe. I simply wanted my light floor sanded and stained. I’m aware staining so dark can be tricky, that’s why I hired them, and I’m regretting it. After 2 months of this nonsense, I’ll have to start all over. Alisa

The girl who answered the phone was friendly and helpful. The appointment was set up quickly and everything went well. The guy who came to clean the carpet was friendly and professional, and did a great job.

From the beginning call to the finished job, they were fast and friendly. I had my carpet stretched and my tile floor steam cleaned. The tile looks amazing. You would never know the carpet had been stretched.

Landon and his partner refinished the wood floors in my house, and they came out stunning-a complete difference from what they were before. I got a call back quickly, and Amarillo Steam Team was a much more reasonable price than Carpet Tech- half their price. Landon had a great eye for detail and sought to perfect every flaw he found before they started. He is a contractor who cares about the finished product and it shows! I am so pleased with the floors, and recommend Landon and the Steam Team for anyone who wants a job well done.
