It was very unfortunate that I chose this company 1st because they called me back first on the morning of the disaster. Heather is the person who reached out and was extremely informative. My son, husband and I had been up soaking up water for 4 hours and had done the majority of the repair. I was told someone would be out at my house within the hour, it was longer than that. I was sent an inexperienced person, ALONE at that, and he failed to do a moisture read in my baseboards. Unfortunately, he did not check several areas in the house, which a more experienced person would have, I had a stench in my house! I called them back several times. On one occasion I was sent the same person who while in the midst of working cut himself and bled on my carpet, the damage he made to my walls under the baseboards (my insurance adjuster found that damage!) He was using a knife to cut holes. Also, this was on June 9th, Landin said he'd clean my carpets for free to offset the entire problem (since they didn't find water damage to my two built in hampers in my hallway-because he was inexperienced). Let me tell you that carpet cleaning was horrible. I have photos. There were thick streaks of dirt then clean areas. By the way, Landin showed up 1 hr and 15 minutes late. This was on June 12th, they placed dryers in the hallway hampers and told me that my carpets would dry in 6 hours. Well, they didn't. I hate the fact that on July 21st I received a bill - not an itemized bill - a bill. Oh did I mention that their equipment was still at my house at that time? Plus the baseboards were still off? And they're sending me a bill? Needless to say, they got a call from me. How are they going to send a bill out without finishing the job. I was told Landin would be at my house around 1 p.m. on July 26th, during my lunch hour, he arrived after 1:48 - I have the texts. I had to return to work so I left his dryers on my porch. I will not recommend them to anyone. He takes no pride in his work. By the way, MY INSURANCE ADJUSTER SAID THE DAMAGE TO MY WALLS COULD HAVE BEEN AVOIDED IF THEY HAD REMOVED THE WATER AND IF THEY HAD CHECK MOISTURE LEVELS UPON ARRIVING AT MY HOME ON JUNE 4TH. The sheet rock was damaged from the knife he used to make holes (the sheet rock was wet so it basically tore it up). I did not even receive an apology in person, nor in writing. There was no concern for their equipment either, or for the fact that my baseboards had been off for almost two months.

Should have hired a Pro instead of attempting to clean dining chairs upholstery ourselves. He was able to remove most of the water stains and what we tried to do. He came back a second time to do touch up on spots. Hire this Pro!!

Excellent job. Got in, got it done quickly and efficiently. Mattress and carpets look great!

I was thoroughly impressed with the work ethic and professionalism of all. Landon was prompt in giving the bid and following through with what he said they would do. Tyler and Gatlin did really good job on the floors, even working overnight to stay on time. Jessica was pleasant and respectful over the phone. Overall a good experience!! Would highly recommend this company and crew to others,, and intend to do so. Thank you all for a job well done!!

They were terrible in meeting the established deadline. We were told they could complete the job in 2-3 days; after 3 weeks we fired them & hired someone else to complete the job. The initial istallers were not skilled for the job & had to restart THREE times. We requested numerous times via phone calls, emails, & messages to speak with the Supervisor but we were not given the courtesy to speak with him. The installers were terrible with their measurements, so much that they exhausted the 15% extra material so more material had to be ordered (leading to part of the reason for the lengthy delay in completion). When we pointed out several flaws (i.e. gaps in flooring & baseboards & numerous chips) they brushed it off & tried shawty ways of "covering" and made remarks like "see, you can barely see it" or "only the homeowner would notice, visitors probably won't see it." We would NOT recommend them @ all.

We were very pleased with Amarillo Steam Team. They were prompt and got the job done quickly.

Had Steam Team stretch a rather badly wrinkled carpet. They did an excellent job and charged very little for the service. If we need a carpet stretched again, Amarillo Steam Team will be first on our call list.

My carpet was filthy. It had spots on it that had been there for years. When the cleaner guy saw it, he said they may not be able to get the spots out. He also said that the worn spots would not clean as well as the rest. My carpet is about 10 or so years old and never been cleaned. They did a wonderful job. It looks and feels brand new. I am super pleased and will recommend them to anyone..I no longer have to replace my carpt.

I like the way they talk to you and don't try to rip you off with super high prices. Also if they get behind they call they don't just leave you hanging.
