Plumb Right was not the first company I called. They dont advertise much. Everyone I did call were busy and a few immediately suggested the jack hammer if they could get to me in as many as 4 days. When I got a hold of Mark at Plumb Right, he said he was busy too, but would make it over to at least understand my problem. (a slab leak) He made it over as promised and explained my options clearly. He told me he would have a bid for the job within a couple of ours. He did. He started the job when he said he would. (the next day) Completed it within the time he said he would. Was professional, polite and honest. If I ever have a need for another plumber, Mark will be the first person I call from now on.

Job went as smooth as can be expected when dealing with plumbing under slab. Very polite and walked you through what they were doing. Highly recommended.

It took a few days for them to get back to me after my first phone call. BUT once job was agreed on, they showed up when they said, completed the job, cleaned up after, and charged what we agreed on. I was very pleased and would use them again.

Best estimate prior to calling Amarillo Plumb Right was approximately $4700.00 which entailed moving our gazebo, removing a tree and would have required, at my expense, replacing our fence. Mark Thomas replaced my sewer drain, about 65 feet, by sliding in new pvc in place of the collapsed drain without disturbing the tree, the gazebo or the fence, saving me over $2000 and he finished it in one day.
