Decided to use Angie's List because of TV commercial. Looked up lawn sprinkler service for Amarillo, TX. Your top rec was Grassmasters. Selected them on your site on 1/28. Didn't hear from them 1/29 so called 1/30 and they said, "Oh yeah, here you are. Sorry about that." Went ahead and scheduled a service call for 10:30 this morning (1/31). No show. At 11:15 I called to check my status and they said my tech was running late and just forgot to call. Said it would be about 20 minutes. At 11:35 tech called and said he was on his way, about 30 minutes out. Never showed. No phone call from him or his office. I called back at 1 pm and told them to forget it, I'd find someone else. Nonchalant, cavalier attitude toward a potential customer was very annoying. Their lack of respect for the value of my time is unworthy of a positive recommendation from your site.
