+ -1 moreTurned in online request to ServiceMagic.com for AC service; within 15 minutes Advanced was calling and at the house within 30 minutes. The diagnosis of Gary's Heating and Air - evaporator coil needed replacing - was confirmed. Once the money was obtained, Advanced ordered the coil and replaced it in a few days. Now, the AC fan is failing.
Description of Work: Replaced evaporator coil that was evaluated by Gary's Heating and Air Conditioning ($1800 quote) as the reason for excessive condensate running under floor.
