Everything turned out amazing! I couldn't believe how everything turned out. You couldn't find any holes in the sheet rock and my barnwood wall left me breathless. The paint job they did was flawless. My neighbor also had their front door and some faucets installed and just can't stop thanking me for the referral. They usually stay covered up in work so I have to bug them a bit but it's always worth the wait to have my work done right by these perfectionists!

Gary came to my home with a worker on a cold rainy day. They were both very professional and kind and went right to work. They did a great job on both the mortar and the bathtub faucet (even though it took two trips to get the right one to work) The price for the work done was very reasonable, I would definitely use their services again.

Gary Wise and Wesley worked with me designing new doors for my shed which are better than the original ones the wind had demolished. They designed doors to fit the structures’ character and more secure than I had ever dreamed possible. Will hire them to do more work around here! They were professional and so patient and kind to what I needed and suggesting possible answers to the questions I have had about their abilities to do repairs.

Gary was very prompt and professional. The communication process was easy. He addressed all questions, and dealt with any new concerns easily and to our satisfaction. My husband and I are pleased with the completed project. The storage building was in terrible shape, the original Masonite was rotting. The building was approximately 25+ years old. Gary suggested materials that would be more durable over the years to come then the standard Masonite siding. The total quoted price was $1550. He tore off all the old siding on 3 sides, and hauled off all trash. He resided the building, and door plus trim in one day. On the second day he purchased and painted the building. I received one other quote from another local contractor for same job with similar upgrade in materials for $1800. I did not price the materials that were used for this job. I am very fiscally conservative, and was surprised by how much it did cost for the residing of the building generally speaking. We did choose Gary initially because he was less expensive, and able to complete the job sooner. We would hire Gary again for another project in the future.

Gary does excellent work and is very friendly and professional. He made a fair estimate for the work to be done and gave me all the receipts for the necessary equipment to perform the work. Despite the job taking him longer than he originally thought it would there was no discussion of upping the bill and he stood by his estimate. The quality of the work done was very good. He helped us out with such a wide variety of things I almost felt silly asking. He definitely knows how to do a lot. Gary does this as a second job so he cannot work on one project uninterrupted for more than 3 days or so. The only problem we had was with him coming later than expected or having to reschedule last minute because of a conflict with another job. This was mostly just inconvenient. He did arrive as scheduled most of the time and the work was very good. An honest handyman with reasonable prices and such great quality work is hard to come by. We are going to compile another list of items for him to do at our home in the near future.

I found this company on Angie's List and I'm very glad that I did. My voicemail was returned within a few hours and the appointment was scheduled for the next day. The door was fixed quickly and he was very curteous, professional and skilled. This was an unusual fix because of the type of door and the house settlement but he came up with a solution and it worked perfectly. I will definitely be calling him the next time we need anything done.

Fabulous. He was creative and patient with me while we pondered how to get the job done. Very polite and cleaned up after himself with a vacuum. Time management was excellent. I had another bid on this job for $1800 plus materials. Fortunately he bowed out with a bad back. I will call this A-Wise Handyman again.

He was nice and did a great job. Called me back within two hours of leaving a message on Monday. Scheduled me for the next day and called 20 minutes ahead of coming over just as I had ask him to do. Will be using him in the future for any other needs that may arise.

A-Wise got back to me 10 minutes after I called even though I had called after-hours and didn't expect a call back until the next day. He fit us in the next day and arrived at noon. He conducted an assessment which matched my thinking on the matter and quoted a very reasonable price for all the labor involved. Things were repaired without a hitch and he cleaned up after himself. I will definitely be using this service again.

Called him to say I had repainted and laid new flooring in a room and wanted him to install the crown molding and trim work. We agreed on a price and date, he did the work, and I am completely satisfied. Would definitely recommend.

We needed to have a few things done as we moved into a new house. We called and left messages over a period of 3-4 days during the second week of June. We never got a call back.

He provided an estimate. He rebuilt the flooring of the cabinet using hardwood instead of the original particle board and restrained it to match the cabinets. Although the work took longer the he originally estimated, he stuck with his estimate. He is the best handyman I have used in many years and I would not hesitate to use him again.

He and his son did all the work in about 2 hours.

He was very clean & his rates were very reasonable. He picked up everything as he went & when he was finished; you couldn't have told that he'd done anything by the time he left! He matched wall texture that was already there when finishing. It looks like the windows have been there forever. I was amazed! He was the lowest bid. I have to say I expected lower quality work because of this, but couldn't be happier! I would recommend this guy to everybody.
