The owner was Joe De Vries. He does additions, framing for doors, windows and cabinet tops. He also does patio covers, remodeling as well as exterior and interior painting. He re-morters brick and does fence repair and replacement. He does everything.I would recommend him to everybody. We just used wood and different things out of wood. He's honest and does good job. He's very reasonable on his rates. He charged $40 an hour. He did excellent work. He is bonded, insured and licensed.

Estimated building skirt on mobile home was 2000.00. work was good. time was delay for weather?? charged 3099.00 when job was done without any discussion of this might be a little more or any idea he would charge more. when I ask for estimate I expect it to be close not 1.5 time what the estimate was.

arrived late every day, parked equipment on grass, very messy with drinks, cirarette butts ect.,dress was very unprofessional charged for more hours than worked and over charged for clean-up.

We were quoted one price plus lumber. The lumber was for a small shower. They didn't replace but one 2x4 and charged me an extra $3000.00. They charged me for plumbing that I had already paid for. They give a reasonable estimate and then really jack up the price at the end. It was about a four or five day job that took six weeks because they never showed up. They also never obtained a permit from the city.
