I have a rooftop unit. Mr. Hill came promptly on the day I contacted him. It was a bitterly cold and windy day. He stayed on the roof until he determined what the problem was. He concluded that the blower motor was not working. Knowing that a new part would have to be order, he attempted a temporary fix but was unsuccessful. He put in an order for a new motor right away. When it arrived, it had the wrong fan blade on it. Mr. Hill had attempted to remove the fan blade from the original motor, but it was too corroded for him to get off (after breaking one of his tools trying to do so). It appeared that there would be further delay with ordering the correct part. At that point it occured to Mr. Hill that he knew someone who might be able to take the old fan blade off. He went to that person, who successfully removed the old blade. Mr. Hill was able to put the old blade on the new motor and install it that day. The motor has worked fine ever since. I very much appreciated Mr. Hill going beyond what would be expected in order to be helpful.
Description of Work: Mr. Hill replaced a blower motor that had burned out. As a result the heater would not come on.
