Avoid them! When my TV stopped working my warranty provider GE assigned A&E to provide the repair work. A&E contacted me and the office girl asked me to take the TV off the wall becuase they will not work on it while it's on the wall. So I hired two guys to help me get it down, its a huge/heavy Plasma TV. Mr. Herrera's first comment when he came in the door to service the TV was 'why did you take it off the wall' I replied 'your office told me to'. He said, 'NO, nobody in my office said that, my family runs the office and they didn't tell you that'. I said 'not only did they, but I hired 2 guys to help me do what your office requested'. It's a 3 man job. He continued, 'also, we are not going to work on the TV while on the floor without a stand'. I told him, 'I'll get the stand from the attic'. He then said, 'well we want look at it here or diagnose the problem until he gets back to the shop'. I told him that I described the problem to GE tech's and they said it was a simple power supply replacement issue, and they would tell you to bring one with you. He said, 'they decided that without even looking at it and which power supply because it has several'? Huh, I thought. I asked, 'well when can I get it back?' He said, '3-5 working days. Week 1: The right part came in but it was damaged Week 2: The wrong part came in Week 3: The part is on back order Week 4: They no longer make the part and it can't be repaired So, I called GE. Yes, we make the part, yes we have 14 in stock. So I called A&E, they said, 'No, your wrong whomever you spoke with, is also wrong'. OK, so I said 'let me have my TV back'. They said, "No, GE owns your TV'. I replied, 'GE holds the warranty I own the TV'. She said 'she would not return my TV unless GE wrote a formal letter giving them permission to do it'. I then replied, 'I have the receipt for my TV and I will expect it back ASAP ... as a gesture of kindness I will have GE call you and have them tell you the exact same thing. She continued, 'even if they asked us to give it back we will scavenge the TV for usable parts prior to returning it'. I said,'absolutely not, return the TV will all parts ASAP'. GE contacted them and told them to give it back in the condition it was given to them 1 month ago. When it was brought back, I asked Mr. Herrera 'are all the parts still in it' he replied, 'theres nothing in your TV worth scavenging'. My reply was, 'oh really'. Then as he was leaving he said, 'you will never get it fixed'. And my last words were, not only will I get it fixed but it will be up and over the fire place mantle in 1 week. And so it was, with another local vendor of coarse, and still working fine with the 'simple power supply replacement'.

My goodness. This story is ABSOLUTELY 100% false. Anyone may call our offfice and inquire abou this. Whomever wrote this must have an agenda to purposefully misrepresent our company. We have been in business for over 18yrs. We would not be in business had we treated people like. Anyone can post a comment on here and what is sad is that there is no moral accountability.
