+ -1 moreA-1 (Tony) repaired it in May under my home owners warranty coverage ($75). It started freezing up again in July. I called my home owners warranty company so I could have it looked at again. They were going to charge me $75 again for A-1 to come since it had been over 30 days so decided to just call A-1 directly to see if they would make it right...AND THEY DID AT NO EXTRA CHARGE TO ME. That is the kind of integrity all companies should show. Thank you, Tony!

Description of Work: They did diagnostic check on washer.when we called them to come back out and fix it they never returned a call about fixing it after 2 calls to them.
