+ -1 moreThere was never any work performed. I dealt with this, waiting for phone calls, for two weeks. The TV that needed repairs is less than one month old.
Description of Work: This company was directed to us on a warranty service call. We were given the name of Vincent that would be our contact. It took 4 days for Vincent to call me. He never came out. He never returned my calls. He made a diagnosis over the phone (the only time I ever spoke to him) and said it would be a few days. That was one week ago. I tried calling him for 3 days and never got a response back. My last call stated if I didn't hear from him by the end of that business day, I would assume our business relationship was over. He never called back. At this point, I now am starting my warranty repair work from the beginnning - again. I would not recommend this company to anyone. The female that answered the phone did her best, I feel, to take care of my calls, I just never got a response from Vincent.
