We agreed in writing that he would give me a 2yr warrenty on the razing of our driveway. After our first rain water was still collecting I took pictrues and sent them to him and he said that he would come out and fix the issue in two weeks I have gone back and forth with scheduling 3 or more times when he said he would come out in three or four weeks and he would again stand me up. Now when I attemp to call him it goes straignt to voice mail and his mail box is full. I cannot get him to return calls at this point. I may be forced to consider litigation. The issue that I am requesting that he fix could be done within an hours time instead we have gone back and forth for over two months.
