If I could give Joe Lopez ten stars, I would! He came into our home and from start to finish, everything was top notch. His final product, his work ethics, his demeanor, and his utter perfectionism gave us results even better than for which we hoped. He is now our go-to for any sheetrock repair! Thank you, Joe, for going above and beyond!

Mark called and asked the description of work and gave me a ballpark of $450. Came out and looked over the repair and it was a little more than expected. The total job came to $500. He did really good work, texture matched very well. The only downfall was that after the work I left a check to be given and he didn't want it. He wanted cash. That wasn't a problem, but I just would of liked to know that going in. It inconvenienced me a bit. Overall, very pleased with the craftsmanship and will be calling him out again for more work upcoming.

Every last thing he provided was done in the time he promised.
Description of Work: We had a leak from our air conditioner overflow pipe in the attic and a 4ft by 5ft section of ceiling above our stairs fell off. You would never know that there was ever a problem he matched the color and texture perfectly. He left my home clean and neat. Thank you

I contacted a local drywall wholesaler and was given Mark Lund's name as a reference. I contacted him, and when he told me that he had 30 years of experience and that he scheduled his week two weeks out, I realized that I had probably found the person that I needed. We scheduled a time for an estimate and Mark came promptly at that time. His initial estimate was $700.00. I had to wait several weeks for him to do this work, waiting on the contractor who installed a new marble counter in this same bathroom. We scheduled a day to perform the work and Mark came promptly on that day. After examining the ceiling closer and determining that it was out of plumb over its entire area, he revised his estimate to $900.00. He performed the work in two days. I was delighted with the quality of work and the price.
Description of Work: The ceiling of may hall bathroom was about 3/4" out of plumb due to long ago water damage from an overflow from the drainage pan on my air conditioner. I had forgotten about this until I had my hall bathroom bathtub and shower converted into a walk in shower with the tile extending to the ceiling. The tile setter discovered this problem and recommended rebuilding the ceiling. He mentioned that it would not be simple, but that an experienced drywall hand could do it.
