+ 3 moreThe way it was suppose to. Scope of work covered everything, never came asking for additional. Felix had covered all steps of the process. Before he was ever hired to do the work. Then does what he says he will do with completeness and quality.
Description of Work: Kitchen and restroom area femo and remodel. Living in house at that time, very clean and respectful. Would have no problem hiring Felix again and again.

Also very good about telling price changes due to extra work before just doing the work and raising the price. Can do just about any work you hire them for if there is notice beforehand. 100% will hire for my next job.
