"I used Walter and his crew for weekly mowing and landscaping. They did a great job. I have also used them to clean up my flower beds and around my trees. They put in new sod and new soil. They also took down a large tree, including the roots. It was perfect. They repaired a 7â  fence and Walter put in a new gate. He even went to his house and built the gate and returned the same day and installed it. I was so impressed! As he was leaving, I asked him about a latch that was not working on a dog kennel. He went to his truck and got what he needed and fixed it right then! They are the best I have ever used for fence repair and landscaping. I highly recommend them. By the way, I am a single girl and they are very reasonable in their costs. They are just excellent and honest!"

While their bid wasn’t the lowest we received, it felt fair and, in hindsight, definitely worth it. The project manager was an excellent communicator—knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and never pressured us to accept the offer. We’re extremely pleased with the quality of work on the first bathroom and are confident the second will turn out just as well. A tip for future clients: make sure you have all the necessary materials on hand. We did, and the team completed the bathroom ahead of schedule. "The first red flag is representing himself as Steve Perez on Angi’s list when in fact his name is Ziv. There’s the hard sell and false promises (finish a kitchen remodel in 5-6 weeks) when it took 4 months. Unprofessionalism is an understatement. He communicates through texting like a teenager and screams at the client when in fact errors are his fault or his sub-contractors. We provided appliance specs very early in the process and the electrician still made errors for which Ziv wanted us to pay for. The cabinets delivered were incomplete which he blamed on us. He demanded a final payment and threatened to put a lean on our house when the work was incomplete per the contract. Then Subs starting calling demanding payment which was resolved after we provided cashed checks to Sonart Construction. Don’t believe what I say. Read the BBB review complaints for a well-deserved F rating."

ATC charges by the hour or by the job based upon the work that needs to be done and the time involved. An average service call for the first hour is 75.00. Topsoil should go down first. If the topsoil is next to your house, make sure the grade slopes away from the house to keep water from pooling against your foundation and possibly leaking into your basement or crawl space.
