+ -1 moreWhen I called them today (5/6/2016), I was told they would never says that. I know what conversation we had and I know that was the reason we chose to work with them. I am no longer working with them and I am waiting on them to refund my deposit. Spoke to them at 12 noon and still no refund on my CC. Now I get to start over with another business, but at least I will find one that is true to their word. Monday 5/9/2016 at 1 pm and still no refund on my CC even after the Owner (Kristi's husband) told us it would be no later than 12 today. I tried to call and talk to Kristi and was told she is not available. So they have been holding my $4800 deposit for 6 weeks and never did anything to provide any service.
Description of Work: Very disappointing dealing with them. I went in 6 weeks ago and met with Kristi. Had a great experience in the showroom and she was very friendly. We decided to go with them for the personal service and I loved that I was dealing with the owners of the company. I put down a $4800 deposit and was told that she would order the slabs so that we would have a limited delay once we were ready to install them after the cabinets were in. Well, no communication from them in the 6 weeks, I went by there Wednesday (5/4/2016) to verify that the slabs were there and they were ready to set up the measurements and cut/install. Well, they never ordered the slabs.

+ -1 moreThis was the first time I used a contractor based only on finding them on Angie's List , and I'm thankful I found them. They had a wide selection of products, did what they promised, and put up my special requests. The installation crew did a great job - no mess, no dust.
