My initial consultation with Belle went great. She is very knowledgeable and is very easy-going. We discussed a plan to remove some VERY large bushes and install some new plants and trees. After a day or two, she sent me a drawing with suggestions. I responded and asked if she could incorporate a few small existing fruit trees and maybe do a more "tropical" option. She sent me another drawing with those changes, which I loved. The price was a little above my budget, so I asked if we could downsize one of the garden areas, reduce the size of the path, and apply the Angie's List discount. She did all of the changes, except she said the Angie's List discount was no longer valid. The price was still better than before, so I asked her to go ahead and schedule it. She wrote me a short time later to let me know they would honor the discount from the older magazine since that was how I found them. Very classy! Linc came on a Friday, cut down all of the old bushes in one day, cleared all of the stumps and prepped on the second day, installed the plants on a third day and completed the path on the fourth day. It looks wonderful! Now I hope I can keep it all alive!

He showed up for the $59.00 special that was paid for in advance to tell me that I needed $400 of repairs. He did not make any repairs or adjustments for the $59.00. He said he would be back the next week to make the repairs and that was over a month ago and I have not heard from him since. Thank goodness we have had enough rain.

This provider has poor communication skills. I have tried to reach out to this provider multiple times and they are now unresponsive. This provider did complete my job but they do not have good after work service.

Excellent. Showed up on time. Was patient in explaining what he did and made recommendations for watering the lawn. Very easy to understand and would recommend to friends or neighbors.

The first time I called they said they had no record of my purchase. We made an appointment and I took time off of work to be home and they emailed and canceled. I called to reschedule and they again said they had no record of the deal. I have decided not to use the deal.

Inspected, cleaned and adjusted some sprinkles to the needed level to water all my plants efficiently . I can see the difference. Will hire him next year when needed. Highly recommended.

This was a big project for us. We wanted our small backyard transformed from a tiny plot of grass that existed to be mowed and not much else to something that was a pleasure to be in. Linc listened to what I wanted and made appropriate proposals. We did the project in two major steps, first the installation of the patio and sprinkler system and then the landscaping with not a small amount of time in between because of some crazy personal stuff. Even though some time lapsed between phase one and phase two, Linc was still interested in hearing from me and was more than willing to come back and do some more. He was always perfectly frank about what and when he could get started and only unavoidable weather delays got in the way of the plan. Linc always, always listened to what I wanted and didn't try to push his idea of that ways things should be on my plan. He was knowledgeable and offered his expertise when my knowledge wasn't up to the size of the project but he never got in the way of my vision. The end result? I have a backyard that I want to spend time in and our landscaping has never looked better and with the new sprinkler system that prospects are good for it staying healthy for the long term. On time, on budget, flexible, and responsive. I really enjoyed working with Linc.

Mr. Taylor did what he said he would do, at the estimated price, in the same day. Recent rain drained well at first but did show mild back up. No where near the back up that initiated my calling. I forgot to mention he handles my sprinkler system maintenance. I called and left a message on the weekend and he came by the next business day. I described the weekend rain and during our conversation we searched and discovered two more drains that the builder apparently covered up with sod when putting in the yard. He uncovered them and we again tested his work which drains to the street. The true test will be a really good rain 3"-4" in an hour or two. When I asked for his charge for digging around the other drains he said my satisfaction with his work was his goal. No Charge. I expect this will resolve the problem.
