+ -1 moreThe contractor arranged to come out the next business day after my initial contact. (It was not an emergency). They called before they came. Both workers were uniformed. Its a family business so the owner and son were onsite working together. They were courteous and professional. I would say they completed the work in about $45 minutes. Very satisfied. Cost breakdown was 49.00 service charge and about $10 per lock. The keys were 1-2 bucks a piece. I compared with other lock services and these folks were local, high quality, and less expensive. (I think another firm quoted me a $65 dollar trip fee and $15 bucks per lock)
Description of Work: rekeyed four doors (eight locks) and provided six keys

Description of Work: Changed out 5 locks and made 4 keys because I bought a new home. The company called and let me know they way and the locksmith arrived at the appointed time and was very nice and did a wonderful job.
