+ -1 moreAlvin Pest Control checked out our house thoroughly and then explained what needed to be done and submitted an estimate. They even had a Google Earth photo of our home that they added notations to! Every question was answered; everything was clearly explained. They were very prepared & knowledgeable & professional. They came back the next day to do the work. They installed 40+ bait stakes around our home & garages. It took just a few hours. They said that they'll be coming out several times in the next three months to monitor the progress (at no additional cost), and that we may have to pay for additional monitoring after the first year. The day after the installation was done, they came back to make sure it's working well- and it is! We're very pleased and very relieved to know that our termite problem is under control.

+ -1 moreJackie was very helpful. I work during the day and he offered to come after I got home. He was very accommodating. Explained everything to me and told me if I had any questions I could call him.
Description of Work: I had raccoon's in my attic. Jackie came and checked things out. He returned the next day with a large trap to put in my attic. He sealed the openings where the animal was getting in. He's been back to check and is keeping an eye on the situation.

Description of Work: I use Alvin Pest Control for pest control service. They treat my yard for fireants, and they have bait stations for rodents, and they spray for bugs, and they also do my termite maintenance periodically.

We agreed to have the system installed and they were able to schedule the installation on the same day. We are very pleased with their service.

+ -1 moreThe ants will nest underground and they are not native to the U.S. They will eat anything and you can't kill them. We had them so bad that they were coming in our house so they have had to do 3 treatments to try and get rid of them. They spray around the walls and then put granules in the ground. There's not much you can do but try and control them. If your neighbors don't treat their yards then it doesn't do much good.
Description of Work: I last used Alvin Pest Control Monday. They come every 2 months to do our pest control treatments and then the termite treatments and inspection. We also have raspberry crazy ants they will check for.

+ -1 moreI have used pest control companies in the past and this company has done the best job i have seen. He was there on time spent as much time as he needed to get it done proper. Have not seen any roaches, ants, or any bugs in my house since the work was done.
Description of Work: He sprayed the home for roaches, sprayed the yard for ants, then set traps out for mice because they like to come in to get out of the cold. Searched for termites but did not find any. He spent a lot of time and was very thoughtful in his approach.

+ -1 moreThe owner walked me through getting rid of the tics over the phone. He would not come out since we were in contract with another company. However, we have been using them ever since the contract ended.. They have been wonderful. I would give them A++.
Description of Work: We had a problem with Tics for about 6 months and was using a different pest control company. The guy didn’t know what he was doing and it was horrible. They wanted me to find the tics then treat them. He went inch by inch spraying the whole yard so he killed all insects we had in our yard, but couldn’t find them in our home. I was then recommended to Alvin’s Pest Control.
