These are the only glass providers in Alvin, TX that I will ever use. Even though they didn't originally install our frameless glass doors on our walk-in shower, they came out and fixed them when one of the doors came off the top bracket that holds it in place and wouldn't slide anymore. The door was originally installed incorrectly by another company with poor quality materials- screws holding the brackets rusted and they were only finger tightened. It's a miracle the doors didn't fall off sooner. Will definitely use Alvin Glass Mirror again if I need them.

I was looking into whether it was possible to replace the beveled mirror strips on our bathroom mirrors. I contacted them and asked if it was something they could do. They said it depended on how they were secured to the mirror. We set up an appointment for them to come and see if it could be done. They didn't show up. When I called to find out why, they were very confused about what they were supposed to be doing. We set up another appointment. Maybe a day before this appointment, they called and told me that they didn't have the strips to install. I explained that they were just supposed to be coming to let me know if the strips could be removed and to give me an estimate. Someone else was to get back to me. When they did, it was a message that said the strips had come in and they were ready to be installed. They never came to make sure they could do the job, and I never told them to order the strips. They were very confused.

Friendly, punctual, professional. Expensive but willing to work in Galveston for repairs.

I was greeted immediately upon entering the shop. They are a small operation and basically family owned and operated, which I like. We decided on the color and finish of my glass piece and then drew out the measured design for cutting. Article was cut perfectly within a day. They have done several jobs in my home and all were custom measurements and perfectly executed. We had glass for our kitchen cabinets cut from their large selection of styles, tops for all my wood furniture and several bathroom mirrors. Great every time! If you need glass or mirror work I HIGHLY recommend them.

Alvin Glass returned my call immediately and followed up with an estimate. Their prices were very reasonable, and they assured me it was tempered glass, which is safety glass that does not shatter. The installation was scheduled as soon as the door was available and the installer was on time. He took out the old sliding glass door and replaced it with the new double pane door. He did an excellent job and cleaned up any mess.

THEY DID A GOOD JOB. THEY WERE IN AND OUT.
