Great service

Over the years, I have dealt with many contractors, very few as good as this. This was a Five Star 'plus' experience with team lead Chris Gibbins and his assistant Corey. Chris mentioned his hourly rate prior to arrival and would apply it to the repair. They located the buried zone controllers and adjusted and did minor repair where necessary evaluated for valve replacement. Service fee did not include the time for going out to the hardware store nearby. Total project cost including replacement costs were very reasonable. Explained what he was doing (made helpful suggestions), demonstrated professional competence and integrity, in an efficient (fast) and friendly manner. These are the go-to folks, definitely hire again. Got me thinking about a landscaping project! Outstanding 5 +

The entire staff at New Birth Landscaping are great to work with. Setting an appointment was a piece-of-cake and Chris showed-up right on time and got right to work with his helper (whose name escapes me). It took them about five minutes to properly diagnose a problem I had been working on for days and the repair was done quickly and efficiently and all of a sudden I had a properly working lawn sprinkler system. In fact, the repair they did will save us a lot of money in water bills starting with the next scheduled watering. I recommend these guys to anyone that wants great work at a reasonable price. New Birth Landscaping will be my first call next time I need a sprinkler repair, a new system, or lands aping work. I trust these people to be fair, honest, and to do a great job the first time.

Chris was the guy that came up. He located the valve that was stuck in open with his detector, replaced the solenoid valve. Was hoping he could just change the cap but it was an older orbit model. Done in no time. Fee was reasonable.

They were on-time, friendly, knowledgeable, and charged a fair price. They made sure everything was working, before they left. The issue was a defective diaphragm in one zone, that was causing it not to shut off.

New Birth was great to work with. They gave me an hourly rate up front, checked out my entire system, and fixed a number of issues along the way. I never once felt over sold and they went above and beyond for the price. I would highly recommend them.

Chris called me quickly and met me that evening. He gave me an estimate and came back Friday morning to do the job. Job completed in less than four hours. Price at low end of estimate. Definitely will use them again.
