They came on time and did the work promptly and did a great job.

They did everything they stated and were on time and very easy to work with. There work was very good. Did a great job.

The repairs to the trim around the chimney look pretty good as does the facia on the gable above the garage. Paint matches. Won't really know how well everything is sealed until the next good rain.

They do excellent work. They went up on our roof and replaced the siding around our chimney with cement board when we had trouble getting anyone else to go up and paint it. Will use them again if I need any more siding replaced.

The owners came out to bid the job. Thy discussed the issue and the steps that would be needed to fix it. Their bid was clear, detailed and under the other bids I received. When the owner and another worker came to work they had everything needed. The owner took pictures of their work to show what was accomplished (removed, replaced, or repaired). Their repair of the siding and underlaying structure of my 2-story chimney was completed with a craftsman's touch. I could see the owner took pride in doing the job like he was doing it for his family. They discussed everything with me, asked if I had any questions, cleaned up everything and left. I will be hiring them to paint my house and really look forward to how that will turn out.

Personal, yet professional crew. Owners came out and went over everything we needed done, explained, in detail, what they were going to be doing, showed up on time the day they said they would and had the job done in the time frame allowed, despite the weather. Couldn't be happier. Well worth every penny we spent. So many others never even contacted us back about the work, so I say "they missed out".

The principals at Lifeway are committed, diligent and sensitive to my desire to "wade in" to a situation that may yet become more complex. The work involved many types of materials. This was a low-stress experience. I highly recommend Lifeway.

I received a quote from Lifeway and it took me months to make the decision. They honored the original quote and let me know there was a slight increase in materials. They were very transparent and gave me clear proof of the change. They left the jobsite CLEAN after each day of working (2 day job). FAR exceeded my expectations. I would hire them again if I ever needed similar work.

Lifeway Construction was excellent. They did exactly what they said they would do, went above and beyond. They showed us exactly what they were doing every step of the way. They were very nice people to work with. They were very good about communicating with us. They made sure we looked project over before they continued on to next part (looking over structural stuff repaired before it was covered back up with siding). They had us check the paint to make sure it was correct before proceeding to paint house, and they worked continuously from the time they arrived to the end of the day. They were good about not letting our dog out of the gate when they were back in forth in the front and backyard. They were very thorough and cleaned the yard up before they left every day. Work was actually started earlier than originally planned and was completed in less time than we were told. We checked around with estimates prior to them and they were less expensive than the others and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

This experience was excellent. Very nice people, did more than what they said they would do! They painted my garage door (with permission of course) for no additional money after replacing rotted wood in the frame. Very clean and respectful. Will definitely use their services again in the future.

Our house was built in 1958. The wood siding was no longer worth repairing & re-painting. It was time replace it. I would consider this a large undertaking. Something like this is also a significant investment. Lifeway does not take money up front. You do not pay until it is complete and you are 100% satisfied. They tackled this Job in a dedicated, prompt & professional manner. They were there all day, every day until it was complete. They did not jump around on other Jobs. There were no surprises except for the fact my house didn't have any insulation. They installed installation with no extra labor charge. I obviously had to buy the material. They clean up every day when they are finished working. They accomplished everything promised and more. When completed, the house had a new look. They painted our detached garage to match along with a large wood storage building. This included replacing whatever wood had been damaged over time. These are skilled & professional people with the right equipment, trucks etc. They are polite & respectful. We are very glad that we chose Lifeway. They definitely reduced the stress of having a project like this accomplished. They seemed like part of the family after being here.

Perfect repair, with perfect cleanup

Lifeway construction replaced some trim on our house that was rotting away. They did a great job at the best price. I am very pleased with their work.

Rosie and Margarito were wonderful. They showed up when they said they would, they cleaned up everyday. They gave me the best bid price out of everyone I spoke to. Their work is amazing! I am beyond happy with the job they did. I would highly recommend them, They replaced my windows and siding and my house looks brand new! I was nervous having to pick a company to do such a big job but definitely chose the right one. My house looks so beautiful!
