It was a difficult job because the project involved exterior work on the first and second story of an older home. They used quality paint and materials and did a professional job. Rosie and Margarito thoroughly examined the damaged siding and trim on my home exterior. Squirrels and exposure to the elements was the primary problem. Their suggestion to replace with hearty board was something a previous bidder failed to suggest. They not only did a very professional job but it was done in a timely manner. I also hired them to paint the exterior of my entire home and I could not be more pleased with the result. Don't have these services done without consulting Lifeway Construction.

Rosie and Margarito were great to work with. They were very detailed in looking at what needed to be repaired before painting. They power washed the house and the porch. They were able to remove paint on a stone portion of the house that had been previously over sprayed by another painter years earlier. They replaced the fascia board around the entire house and replaced siding where needed. They covered the windows completely before painting. The before and after photos are amazing! I would definitely recommend them.

They never gave me a receipt or a written warranty, even though they promised to. Now they will not warranty their work. I have had to hire an attorney for an $8,000 house painting project. They had me write my check payment out to someone other than themselves. Their last names are not on the estimate. All kinds of fishy things with this company.
