I hired this husband and wife team to replace trim boards around some windows, my chimney, which is 30 ft in the air, and the opening for my garage. I asked them to use hardie board siding for the trim pieces, and they did. They matched the paint perfectly, they caulked everything, and it all looks great. I would highly recommend them for this type of work, they obviously know what they are doing and take pride in doing a good job for the customer. The one negative, the reason for 4.5 stars: After removing the pine trim boards on my chimney and replacing with hardie board which wasn't as wide, it left a one inch strip all the way up the chimney on both side that needed to be painted. I was asked what I wanted them to do? I asked them to paint it, at this point, the job would not be complete until it was painted to match the rest of the chimeny. To my surprise I was told this would add $50 to the price. I expected them to just paint this as part of the job, not an add on. Other than that, my experience with Lifeway Construction was positive and I would use them again if the need arises.

We hired this couple to do some repair work on our siding. They repaired it very professionally; matched the existing paint and even re-framed some areas we were not aware were at issue. Very professional. very courteous, very personable. Definitely recommend.

On time when promised. Finished early. Cleaned up very well. Very happy and will use again in the future. Very reasonably priced as well.

I hired them to remove a cement patio- they were very fair on the pricing for the siding but I just can't afford the full amount at this time, it was just an estimate but they did go above and beyond on the work done for the cement removal. Will definitely refer them and use them again for another upcoming job
